Compare your sequence against the prokMSA:
  • BLAST Use for comparing one user sequence by alignment to against the greengenes database. Displays an interactive table of BLAST hits aranged by taxonomy.
  • Simrank Use for comparing one user sequence against the greengenes database by comparison of 7mers. Also displays an interactive table of Simrank hits aranged by taxonomy.
  • Classify Use for classifying a batch of aligned sequences.
