Simrank interface to 16S data
Simrank finds the similarity between query sequence A and database sequence B in terms of the number of unique 7-mers that they share, divided by the smallest total unique 7-mer count in either A or B.
Two sequences that may be 95% similar by alignment may only share 78% of their 7-mers, for instance.
If you would rather classify a batch of many sequences, use the align and classify tools.
1. Enter your query sequence.
paste sequence here (or multiple sequnecs in FASTA format):

2. Choose your options.
