Changing taxonomy will empty My Interest List.
 
Upload your PhyloChip CEL files.
Use this tool to deliver a set of PhyloChip CEL files for preliminary analysis by the Andersen Group. This upload will not run the analysis automatically, it simply stages the files on our server.

If your CEL files are formatted as Affymetrix binary version 4, then convert them to ASCII version 3 before proceeding. If you need help in the conversion, call Affymetrix technical support at 1-888-DNA-CHIP. Please zip all your CEL files into one file before uploading your data set. Contact tdesantis@lbl.gov before using this upload page. Your email address will have to be added to the approved list.
